Brazilian Butt Lift
Liposuction (suctioned lipectomy) uses fat transfer, and in some cases implants to re-contour and increase volume of the buttocks
Using a combination of liposuction and fat grafting, a Butt Lift is a procedure designed to add shape and fullness to the buttocks for patients looking to enjoy a curvier physique. A Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) builds confidence for anyone looking to fill out tight, low-slung jeans or bathing suits.
The added benefit of a Brazilian Butt Lift, is fat from unwanted areas is removed through the harvest process. Only small, less than 1 cm incisions are used, so the surgery is nearly scarless.
We also specialize in buttocks implants, grafts and liposuction to ensure the best result for each patient and to get the look you desire.
Brazilian Butt Lift Procedure by Dr. Eric Weiss
Dr. Weiss begins your initial consultation by reviewing before and after photos of other lipectomy patients, and will help you select the level of correction for you to achieve your desired look. All applicable costs will also be reviewed during this confidential appointment.
A Brazilian butt lift is performed by removing fat from your abdomen, upper thighs, inner thighs, lower back, or hips. The fat is carefully harvested by hand (not by machines) and is then processed to remove any excess fluid. The fat that remains is pure, and is transferred into your buttocks to create a rounder, fuller backside. Since not all the fat that is injected remains over time, some extra fat is injected during the procedure.
Patients are asked to refrain from sitting directly on their buttocks for 2 weeks. Some modified chairs and recliners can be used to not limit your activity. By avoiding pressure to this area, the amount of fat that survives is maximized. In addition, patients should avoid nicotine products to ensure the best blood flow to the newly injected fat.
