Procedure

A BBL is performed by removing fat from your abdomen, upper thighs, inner thighs, lower back, or hips. The fat is carefully harvested by hand (not by machines) and is then processed to remove any excess fluid. The fat that remains is pure, and is transferred into your buttocks to create a rounder, fuller backside. Since not all the fat that is injected remains over time, some extra fat is injected during the procedure.
